Frequency as a Fundamental

Have you ever had an “aha” moment in life that changed everything for you? Understanding frequency as a fundamental was mine.

There’s so much “high vibe’ and “alignment” verbiage that has become exceedingly popular. Which is helpful to conceptualize from a basic understanding. Unfortunately though, there are many spiritual teachers and gurus that speak in regards to frequency without truly understanding what it is. They’ll speak of rising your vibration and manifesting your dream life without truly understanding the concept of energy.

I have always been deeply drawn to spirituality but there was a lot that seemed a bit too extreme, out there or unrealistic. If I am to devote my life to something I want there to be some semblance of logic, you know? With frequency, it become obvious how much logic and science truly are behind spirituality. As with many ancient understandings of it as well.

Sound is simply frequency that we can hear as being expressed through a medium whether it be air or water. We as humans have learned how to manipulate frequencies in many ways throughout history. Most commonly known through musical instruments. But frequency goes much deeper than that.

Frequency is everything.

Light is frequency. Colours are frequency. Your food is frequency too. The bottle you’re drinking out of - it has a frequency. The chair you’re sitting on does too.

Everything.

Has a frequency.

And therefor is frequency.

To perceive it with sound and understanding it audibly is one perspective that we have of it. But frequency is so multifaceted it’s easy to become misconstrued. As with many aspects of life it seems these days.

We have an unsurmountable amount of data but less and less clarity. We’re left to assume the person guiding you is steering you in the right direction.

Assumptions play a major role in our lives but they often mute what we need to hear the most especially as the digital world is creating a desire for authenticity more than ever before. If frequency is the fundamental of everything and we can understand frequency as it is expressed in music. We can use that translation to understand the many unseen forces that frequency has.

We exist constantly surrounded by aspects of our lives that are keeping us from being coherent and therefor less authentic in our lives. Aspects we assumed were meant for us that affect our coherence by pulling us out of resonance.

Frequency doesn’t care so much about what you do, it’s how you do it. More importantly - how you feel doing it…

Frequency is simply energy oscillating up and down - a rhythmic pattern of vibration. Living a life that is “high vibe” won’t last if you are living in an environment that isn’t truly what is meant for you.

Authenticity is coherent frequency.

It’s where you exist as you as truly meant to. Where your soul sings in tune with the rest of your life because everything exists in harmony with each other.

This is where life gets good.

Not because you have more stuff or your life looks better on the outside to the people around you.

But because you feel better on the inside. You know that you are where you are meant to be and doing what you are truly meant to do. You don’t live in fear or doubt. You never second guess yourself because you understand what is coherent and what is distorted immediately.

We’ve often muted what was meant to keep us the authentic.

Being authentic isn’t always easy but it is always worth it.

To know that you are on the path that’s meant for you…

That’s coherence.

When friction happens but it doesn’t stay. A bad day can be effortlessly dwindled down with ease to a bad minute. Life just flows…

It doesn’t mean perfection or bypassing. But living cohesively can truly exist when we limit the distortion.

You don’t need to be perfect or bypass anything when you exist as you are meant to. That’s the beauty of it!

You are meant to be you. In however that looks… What the society helped decide for you doesn’t necessarily need to be your reality.

In a world full of noise be a pure tone. A resonant one… That’s how you amplify others and create a better world for everyone.
